1. Information We Collect
We collect: account registration info (name, email, phone); listing submission data; uploaded photos and documents (stored in Supabase Storage); inquiry/lead data; NDA signature records including device fingerprint, IP address, and browser information; payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers); and usage analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: operate the platform and process listings; route inquiries to listing contacts; verify agent licenses; record and authenticate NDA signatures; process payments; send transactional emails; improve platform performance; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Lead Routing & Data Sharing
Inquiry submissions are forwarded to the listing contact's email address. Nu Realty retains a copy for quality assurance. We do not sell or share personal data with third-party marketers. Agent and owner contact information is displayed publicly on their listings as provided by the user.
4. Device Fingerprinting
When you electronically sign our NDA, we record device identification data including: device fingerprint hash, IP address, browser user agent, screen resolution, timezone, language, and hardware information. This data is used solely for legal authentication of the signature and fraud prevention.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics may use privacy-respecting tools. You may disable cookies but some platform features may not function.
6. Data Security
All data is stored in Supabase with row-level security. Files are stored in Supabase Storage with access controls. Passwords are hashed. Payment processing is handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant). We implement industry-standard security measures.
7. Data Retention
Active account data is retained while your account is active. NDA signature records are retained indefinitely for legal authenticity. Inquiry records are retained for 3 years. You may request data deletion by contacting us, subject to legal retention requirements.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting contact@nurealtyllc.com. Note that NDA signature records may not be deletable due to legal requirements.
9. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and applicable federal privacy law.
